In a perfect world, i would outfit a full jim with every machine and every weight and squat racks and everything in my basement. Like that's not feasible for any of us realistically. So what's the best bang for my buck? And what allows me to do all movement patterns? Rightand when i say that, i mean you might not have a bar bell bench press, but if you have dumb bells and a bench, you can still hit that horizontal pressing movement pattern. A number one, adjustable dumbells,. Number two is probably an adjustable bench, is the second thing that i would add. And number three, a pull up bar.
