I don't think everybody should train heavy all year round anyhow I've talked about Eddie Cohen train Competing and power lifting twice a year and using the offseason for hypertrophy training sessions. It's not an answer and you're focused strictly on losing weight You're doing these hypertrophy workouts plus at the same time you're improving your joint health Everything starts to feel better then when you go back into your powerlifting prep Hopefully you don't do it by loading yourself up full of all those anti-nutrients we talked about all the pizzas and pastas and bread and pancakes.
