Megan, the questions I might ask yourself are, what is making this feel like a slog? Are you eating foods that you don't like? Are you doing exercises that you don’t like? What could you change to make it more enjoyable? We have many episodes where we talk about mindset and that doing things that you like in weight loss is what you're going to be doing in maintenance. If you're in a situation where you hate the food that you're eating, you hate the exercise that you're doing, then maintenance isn't going to be any different.
