The likelihood of affection will drop dramatically after their stool has improved. The findings of cedifisylcholitis are not specific on imaging, but you may see a pankolitis as you might with other causes of colitis. It's very common for people not to have normalization of their stool within weeks of having cedif infection. But it doesn't necessarily mean that they're at high risk of transmitting to others.
