Is it a reasonable proposition to say, okay, now that we've identified this, instead of using a zone based construction, we're just going to train around the biochemistry of things? Is that a reasonable proposition or does fitness just kind of like Trump, everything else? Tough question because you know, you can push and pull on the on the metabolic of things. I more use it as a, an identifier to say, this is your strength or limiter.
