Isi: meditation can help you deconstruct your experience, or i would say, categorize it in a much more in a way that's o much closer to the sense data. When you're mindful, you're just focusing on certain features of the world that you've ignored before. And that is literally changing the opportunity for your brain to categorize the sensations in your body in a very different way. Isi think, like oftentimes people will say, well, how do you change your emotional life? And i often will say, Well, you have to change the ingredients.
