It's crazy that you can expect someone to be great at all these different form ots, and then also understand all these different channels. As new playgrounds emerge, they're being built with an idea of ways to use them organically and how to use them as paid. It's just impossible to be the best at all the things when they're all changing really, really fast. And i think that's a discussion that needs to be brought up to leadership as well,. is that prioritiation of what your organic to pay mixis and who's executin now.
