"And so for everybody listening, as passionate as we've beend and, you know, encouraging, empowering, inspiring you to choose different behaviour." 'It's not a physical transformation. It's developing the skill set and the tools in your brain that actually results in a transformation' He adds: 'Everything you need is already in you. Just choose to go take it one day at a time.'
