How to Unburden a Hiding Part
Hiding parts are those that either hide themselves or hide other parts. They can be really effective at this kind of like nothing to see here, right? Nothing to see here. What always seems to be driving that behavior is a lack of a felt sense of safety and protection. So what I would be thinking about with these hiding parts is how can I help that part feel protected? How can I build trust with that part?
