I've got two last questions in to kind of wrap the conversation up. My impression has been that almost everybody meets in enablement is like an avid lifelong learner themselves. And so other than so you mentioned, you're doing the CCMP thing. Anything else you're reading or learning or podcast you're listening to? I'm really getting interested in about the profile more of enablement leaders,. How we can define that value of enablement, how we bring that to these organizations. There is nothing more humbling than partnering with a 1200 pound animal.
