How does someone find out what their values are if they're really struggling to identify what they are? I've included a few different exercises in the book that we use in acceptance and commitment therapy, actually. You can kind of split it up into different aspects of your life. And then you take each one and ask yourself certain questions around what kind of person do I want to be in this area of my life? What matters the most to me?
