Most vegan protein bars are overrated because they're not actually a protein bar. I would say 95% of vegan Protein Bars are overrated. Now the more new ones answer is that there can be good protein bars and they can be good for you if you're on the rush or the go to have a quick protein source. As long as I have a one to 10 ratio, when it comes to protein versus calories. So for example, the protein bar is 20 grams protein, I would like it to have like max 200 calories to make it a good protein source.
