The closer we get to the race of course that's not what we're going to do in a race. We are going to do 3.8 swimming 180k bike and 42 kilometer running so then I want to bring that closer together. That means even into one big one big day but that means I may have to bring down the training a little bit the days before. So it's like a mini taper not not necessarily a taper but allow a little bit make sure that you don't at least go into that day with a very big caloric deficit.
