Chang: Where else are you actually paying that money where the experience is tailored to you? If I go see Taylor Swift and I pay $35,000 to sit right up front, my, my nothing is really different. He says if we're still paying $2,000 for mid-class seats at Hamilton, why can't Brooklyn Fair be $1,000 per person? Chang: For me, food is art. And that's what artists do. Why are they told that they can't?
