Do I Need to Go Heavy?

Sometimes it's easy to get into that mode and not get those things ticked off. Take a buncher load off the bar a every few weeks, because that just violates the ability to progress. Every few months, especially if you stop feeling in touch with your hampstrings, it's a good idea to go back down to lighter loads.
