The Difference Between Love and Money
I don't think the fundamentals change. I think there's still 60 or 70% of what we do that's applicable to any type of community, whether you're doing it for love or for money or for both. The main thing that people can do is learn how to connect the dots between what you do in community and what it means for the business. We all love what we do. We love our community members. But you have to connect it to some kind of value if you want to stick around for the long game.
