The Importance of Competing With Big Boys and Girls

We live in what's called the biscuit belt for a reason. We have the highest incidents of adult obesity in this region of the Southeast in the entire United States. I went to high school with a kid named nickname bull who was six foot five and weighed 340 pounds. And we've got a lot of big guys down here. When I started being able to compete against people my own size, it was weird. But that does kind of lead into the difference in modalities between how you train against someone, your own size,. Someone you can physically move around and someone you can't move.
