There's very little within that evidence base to justify the 10% threshold for total fat, even other interventions. Often as well, what's interesting is they largely fail. If it's a free living intervention, people kind of bottom out at like 17%. So, but just as a justification, there's almost little to no evidential justification for trying to get dietary fat to that threshold.
