The Benefits of Long Mileage Training

It sounds like just the fact that you've ran so fast and been able to endure so so much of this just long mileage style training or at least from my perspective, it sounds very long miles that you were naturally pretty strong. Did your body hold up well in terms of injury? So currently nothing's on the schedule. I raised Boston this past spring. It went terribly. Are you still on off some good marathons? We'll see.
