Is There a Short-Term Change in Training Volume?
In a study, muscle growth was greater in the individualized volume condition. The p-value barely cross zero or sorry, barely was below.05 but nonetheless, about 50%. So I think it is something to definitely peak our interest at least. And reason being is that this could just be more so along the lines of how important individualization of volume is.
