How to Hire and Build a Team in a World of Processes
Having a good network of friends and family really plays a role. When you have that village or that tribe around you, the beauty in that is that there's multiple people looking after multiple processes that are required. I feel like we got like that journey of early parenthood for us was so much more enjoyable just because there was more support there. You play that game on medium instead of playing it on hard, right? You've got to play it on medium, right? Whereas most of us are playing on extreme and we can't fucking dying.
