The Pros and Cons of Personal Brands

There are more pros with personal brands than cons, but there are definitely some cons. If you build a company around your own personal brand, what happens if you do something stupid? The other one is just people leave companies. I think we're still new enough in this game of personal brands kind of moving companies.
