"I am gonna cater more so to the person who is reeling from a relationship that ended without closure but I'm gonna try and cover all of those situations in this episode," she says. "You might be replaying everything over and over again to try and trying to cipher where they really were you also might be trying to reach out to them to ask them why or maybe you're just now feeling like that pain of rejection and also just reeling from the shock" She goes on to talk about how an abrupt ending can unravel your sense of self and your identity.
