The Importance of Mini Cuts in Athletes
Jeff Yang: I'm very, I utilize mini cuts a lot more. And that's why I feel like we're, I'm much better prepared to have this podcast obviously today. Years ago on the left, gain, gain a pound every two months, you know, something, something way too slow. But as an aesthetic athlete, obviously we don't want to go to that extreme. So if those are the opposite ends of the spectrum, right, we want to be somewhere in the middle.
