How to Breathe Better

Be somewhere that you can close your eyes and then do it. Let's put life down a moment, shall we? We're not trying to get rid of thoughts. We're not fighting anything. Your attention will wander into your thoughts. When you become aware of that, then just notice your breath again. Sort of glance in the direction of your breath. You can open your eyes. Was that a good one? That was a good one. Sometimes it's boring brushing your teeth. It may be the first time in a while that you've stopped to notice.
