The Role of Calcium Amylated Fatigue in Muscle Growth

Eccentric training is brilliant at producing calcium amylated fatigue. It stops us accessing and training the highest threshold motiness muscle fibers. Eccentric training basically reaches a plateau in the height of hypertrophy that's being produced after only a couple of sets. Whereas we tend to see those responses that go on for much longer in conventional strength training literature.
