How to Get Better for a Minimal Recovery Cost

You can't have high intensity and high volume. Those two are mutually exclusive. And as you increase the intensity, the volume is self-limiting. So if you do this and you start incorporating more and more of these extremely hard repetitions into your workout, your workout will shorten itself. You've got to recover from 90 bends and straightens and that's on you. That's something you have to do. It's a trade-off. Many good programs make a deal between super intensity and super volume. But what I was trying to train that is supposed to be extreme is an extreme ratio of stimulus to recovery burden and joint stress. This works like crazy, but it only works
