When he was fired in 85, I could write and I could speak. Those are my two great strengths. So that's been primarily how I've attracted people to them. Motivation is internal; you can't motivate someone else. There's no intrinsic thing as such a motivational speaker. And consequently, people have wasted huge amounts of their time and repute on all of this falsity and nonsense.
