Is There Only So Much We Can Do as Individuals?
Women are tasked with non-promotable work that makes it really difficult for them to advance in their career. If they do negotiate, sometimes they are punished or deemed again ungrateful or difficult. These are larger systemic issues. Is there's only so much we can do as individuals? Like what is within our control? Do we forego negotiating in order to more, to assimilate more?
