The more we learned about this sport, the more we're able to now identify limitations and utilize the weight room to turn them into superpowers. The majority of the normal, the normies out there that use Jiu Jitsu as they are conditioning,. That's a mistake, especially as we level up and enter into the professional realm. It's not really enough to develop a base level of conditioning. It's needed.
