There's a document called the franchise disclosure document. It includes a lot of key pertinent information on that brand. Every franchise has an FDD despite all the crazy sleazy stuff that can happen. You want to see a positive net growth rate with as little closures as possible. The top franchise is still a very, very low failure rates and very little lawsuits.
