Are They Healthy?
In 2020, half of Americans thought fake meat, plant-based meat, whatever you want to call it, were healthy. But that's consumer perception and I think consumers maybe don't, we're not really talking about consumer perception because it's not rated in the scientific studies. So why shouldn't consumers have choice? And then you move up to processed meats with grass-fed beef perhaps being better for you.
