The book covers a lot of, you know, not only like the purpose led, but just kind of mindset there. I think one thing that I like double and triple underlined was like to get customers and clients out of my vocabulary and replace it with members. If we are going to track time that we spend with our customers, we should save them when they give us an audience. That's the difference between having customers versus having fans.
