Are You Getting Most of Your Fat From Meat Sources?

M, i have very little in the way of oils or butter. I get fat from eggs and a and cheese and and beef and nuts and avacato. So so mostly just, you know, real whole food a fats that are in the foods. And i can tell, from a sotiety standpoint went on, when i've underdone the fat,. When i don't put some some cheese or something with fat in it, i'm going to be hungry. Even after i stuff myself im but if i have a bowl of a cooked ground beef with some onions and hot sauce, the fat is o enough on its own.
