We looked at the effects of loaded stretch. We had what's called a within subject design, where the same subject did both conditions. There w also was some strength increases in the group. The study we're carrying out now, which was stopped, i think it's a really interesting study. This is in trained subjects. We have one group that is maintaining a a repetition range,. so they get stronger n to 12 as they rap rame. And we're adding loads so that they stay in this eight to 12-rep range. Or do you increase load? Or are you just maintaining sufficient levels and consistent effort? You can't do any more training if you don't feel like doing
