I want to look like an athlete, you have to train like an athlete. That's been the real insight for my personal workout regime. And then I throw into this my rate of recovery. So that I don't go too hard, and it takes so many days for me to recover. As long as I'm willing to sort of give myself a little bit of a warm up, the intensity is not what bothers me.
