How to Reduce the Cognitive Load of Responding
Jason: You try to hook them with some relevancy in the beginning based upon the research you've done and the persona or problem you're calling about. And then you want to pivot to what's most relevant and pressing for them. If I know generally two or three things that my target persona that people like this are focused on, I'm going to give them the manual list. Jason: It reduces the cognitive load of responding. The more focus you can get in a call block is such a huge part to making this time efficient for yourself.
