Mindset is the attitude and it's instrumental in determining our success. Mental conditioning on the other hand helps us to build and strengthen our mindset or attitude. People with ADHD don't respond well to internal cues. They're so unreliable for us. We got to change that. For an individual with ADHD, I want to focus on new all because this is who I'm being speaking with. And the best way to address our executive function involves targeting the point of performance and changing the ADHD environment.
