The Difference Between Cold Water Immersion and Cryotherapy

Normally cold water immersion is recommended to be applied anywhere between 10 and 15 degrees. The lower the temperature you have, generally the shorter the treatment time. It's hard to conceptualize what 10 to 15 degrees feels like or how we achieve that. Some people are a little bit less technical about how cold it gets. They will just chuck ice in and if it feels cold, that will do. You know, that's enough.
