When i learned about that concept of being the number one enemy to living a powerful, intentional life, what i ended at doing was i wrote a book about it. I spoke on stages around the world talking about drift. That one concept revolutionized my life. And i started running men's groups, which eventually led to me running my first men's retreat and becoming an authority in the space.
