The Importance of Habits in Master's Athletes
Master's athletes are often people who have careers, kids and other things to focus on. Developing good habits and strategies for goal is even more important for most master's athletes. There's actually a handful of master's athletes that are 40 plus or some in their fifties. They come in and I speak to all of them; Sean Kelly was the only one that's been lifting for life.
