Chris was eating liver like three four days a week and like maybe a couple pounds a week of liver. You're supposed to eat the liver raw because when you heat it there's metal iron in the liver that ends up kind of destroying and reducing the nutrient density. There's this place called salt and time in Austin where they get all their meat from the sky at least place called Augustus Ranch. They have like 40 types of paté which is just the best way I love paté nice little option oh yeah we got to go to dinner there dude!
