How to Use Non-Violent Communication to Manage Anger
In non-violent communication, we are interested in using the anger to get at the needs that are not being fulfilled within ourselves. Many of the groups that I work with around the world are very concerned about any belief about anger that it is to be repressed. And that use of anger to repress it and deny it often leads us, it to be expressed eventually in ways that can be very dangerous to ourselves and others.
