The Role of Isometrics in Joint Stability

When you do isometrics, the way you do it for gaining mobility and flexibility, you're not stretching nor contracting a muscle. It's staying held at one length so it doesn't cause inflammation. The two of the mechanisms that create inflammation are joint sharing and tissue gliding with an isometric. But what you do is another thing too is a lot of people don't think about it, but it really stabilizes the joint.
