How Good Is the Relationship Between You and Your Opponent?

The company is doing very well. The question that came up was one of the team leads had noticed lately that the other team and him weren't getting along or shouldn't say that they weren't coordinating as well. And so they were getting a little behind on some deliveries. They are in support of each other. Their jobs are similar, not the same. But their relationship is awesome.
