Virality Is the Buzz That Spreads
The value is enough to spend some money on it. Think of Spotify. Once you're in, you don't really go out. The best companies do this. Snowflake offers a free trial. Zoom and Slack went viral. Canva gave Adobe a good run for their money when their free product took off. By offering a free version of your product, you're basically creating a steady pipeline of customers to come towards your business. This is a huge part of our strategy at Amplitude.
