The Role of Environment in Creating a Vulnerable Environment
I was just thinking about the role of your environment as well, like your ability to be vulnerable. I think it does go alongside that psychological safety - what's the environment that you're working in? And so a couple of vulnerability watchouts before we go on to some ideas for action that we've come up with. You don't have to be vulnerable all the time and everywhere. It is important to apply judgment to vulnerability. But essentially here, there is sometimes a wrong place in a wrong time.
