Are We Missing Great People?

Google is hiring like crazy and growing quickly. And we don't want to overlook people, says Sundar Pichai. Over the last two years, Google has gone from recruiting at about 150 different campuses just in the US to over 450. We increased our outreach to veterans communities precisely because our sense was, we're missing great people.
