The Importance of Real Interaction in Training
A lot of our training environments do have access to open fields and we don't use them so every time I show up to training we're all bunched in a corner in this enclosed space very similar to batting cages for baseball where we have enclosed nets. We can't tell how far we've hit the ball whether or not we've scored a run if it was really a wicket unless you get bold and you hear the stump sort of fall over behind you. "I wanted to recreate that by putting fielders back into that netted environment so we don't have to chase the ball but maybe we can tell whether or not it's a run"
