Taiwanese Oolong Tea - Three Time Roasting

Even just the smell makes me think like oh I need some dim sum right now. Dim sum is from South China. So this tea even though it's heavy roasted it just has a different note but it's not bitter. It smells like woody but very smooth when you drink it. The sweetness is different from other tea too. It's slightly more mineral sweetness.
